To access the settings on Netscape Navigator, first open Netscape and click on Edit and Preferences.
Once on the Preferences page, you can change your homepage by clicking on Navigator in the left-hand column. You can also clear your history (a list of pages you have visited) and your location bar (the pull down menu that you use to type in web addresses).
Additional changes can be made on the preferences screen as well. If you expand the Mail and Newsgroup section (by clicking the plus sign to the left of it), you can change your e-mail settings: such as, your e-mail address or your incoming and outgoing mail servers.
