How to Disable the Windows Scripting Host
  • From the Windows Start Menu, select Settings, then Control Panel.
  • Open Add/Remove Programs.
  • Select the Windows Setup tab.
  • Double-click on Accessories and make sure Windows Scripting Host does not have a checkmark.
You can also disable Windows Scripting Host by deleting the WSCRIPT.EXE and CSCRIPT.EXE from your computer.
