Outlook Express 5.0 Setup
- First, open up Outlook Express.
- At the top of Outlook Express, click on Tools and then click Accounts.
- On the account screen, click on the Mail tab.
- Next, click on add and then click Mail.
- Type in your name in the Display Name blank and click Next.
- Type in your e-mail address and click Next again.
- On this screen, the first blank should say "my incoming mail server is a pop3." In the blank below this (incoming mail), type pop3.hyperusa.com. In the blank below this one (outgoing mail), type smtp.hyperusa.com, then click Next.
- On this screen, type in your username and password. You can put a check in Save Password but do not put one in "connect using secure password." Click Next.
- Next, it may ask you to select a dial-up connection. If it does, select the Hypernet Connection and click Next.
- The final screen will say Finish. Just click Finish and it will take you to a previous screen. On that screen, click Close. Now your Outlook Express should be setup and ready to go.
