Password Grayed Out
- If the "Save Password" option is grayed out on your dial-up connection, you will need to
download a registry update to fix this.
- To download the update right click on the following link, grayedoutpass.reg,
click on "Save Link As".
- When the save box comes up, save the file to your desktop.
- Once the file is downloaded, double click on it, click Yes on the box that pop's up, and restart your computer.
- Once the computer restarts the "Save Password" option should be available.
