Connection Setup
- Double-click on the My Computer Icon.
- Double-click on the Dial-Up Networking Folder. Then, double-click the Make New Connection icon.
- For name of connection, type Hypernet, then click Next..
- Type in local number then click Next and Finish.
- Right click the Hypernet icon.
- Click the Properties button.
- Take the check out of the box that says "Dial using country code and area code."
- Click on the Server Types button. (For basic Internet configuration you only need a check in tcp/ip. The type of dial up server should be PPP, Windows 95, Windows NT, 3.5 internet). The remaining items on the screen will stay the same.
- OK out of all the boxes.
- You have completed a Hypernet connection.
