4.5 E-mail Setup
- To configure Netscape, first double-click the Netscape icon.
- On the screen that comes up, click on Edit and then Preferences.
- After that, click the plus sign to the left of Mail and Newsgroups.
- Below Mail and Newsgroups, click Identity.
- On the right side of the screen, type your name in the Your Name blank and type your e-mail address in the E-mail Address blank.
- Next, click Mail Servers on the left-hand side.
- On the right of this screen in the Outgoing Mail Server blank, type smtp.hyperusa.com
- On the right where it says Outgoing Mail Server Username, type your username.
- On the right side at the top, click on Add and it will bring up a new screen.
- On the new screen in the Server Name Blank, type pop3.hyperusa.com. On the Server Type blank, switch it to read pop3 server. Type your username in the Username blank. If you want it to save your password, click remember password. After you type that information in, click OK.
- It will take you back to the previous screen. Click OK on it as well.
- Your Netscape is setup and ready to go.
